Here are some questions I get asked regularly:
How do we book you to photograph our family?
Once you have decided that you want me to document your family history, do get in touch using CONTACT tab so that I can check my availability. Once I have received your email, we can schedule an informal chat to see if I am the right photographer for you. This way we can have a discussion followed by me sending you an online booking form and contract. To secure your booking with me I require the signed contract along with non-refundable booking fee of £99 and the remaining amount is due on the day of the shoot.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Do you shoot weddings or events?
No, I do not, but happy to provide recommendations and contact details for wedding and portrait photographers.
I don't know how to pose, will you guide me through the shoot?
I love natural and relaxed photos but I also know how important to you to have those classic family portraits from the day. For families with young children under 7 I tend to go for more lifestyle shooting with minimal posing involved. For portraits of older siblings and parents, as well as maternity posing you will be guided by me and no posing experience is required.
Do you do studio photography?
I do not currently offer studio portraiture.
Can I view all SOOC (straight out of camera images) after the shoot?
No, I only release fully edited images.
Can I change my package after the session?
Yes, you can upgrade your package after the session or purchase individual digital files at an extra cost, please refer to the price list for more details . You can also purchase additional printed products such as wall art and photo albums.
What printing company do you use?
All product are supplied by NPhoto professional printing company for photographers.

Can I purchase digital files only and get a reduction in the package cost?
You are more than welcome to only go for digital files but the package price will remain the same. The cost of printed products is not what constitutes the main cost of photo session. You are paying for my time which I spent on documenting your family history, for my creative ideas and experience, for use of my professional equipment, for my insurance and all other costs that come with maintaining photography business. Printed fine art is included in the package not to inflate the price but to give you the photo quality that is not available on the high street, so that you can gift it to loved ones or keep as cherished treasure in your own home.
